REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
VigoTheCarpathian.com offers a 30 day refund or exchange on our canvas prints that arrive damaged, flawed, or are undelivered. If there are any issues with your new piece of artwork, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page, and include as much relevant information as possible. We’ll follow up your order from production through to it’s shipped tracking details and narrow down the problem.
If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item, this does not qualify for refund or replacement. Each item is created “on demand”, which means it’s created just for you — brand new, using new materials, before being shipped directly to you from our production center. As such, returns are likely to be disposed of, and we’d much prefer you kept the item rather than it going to waste.
WRONG SIZE ORDERED
Please order carefully, as we do not offer replacements or refunds on orders placed with incorrect sizes.
LOST ORDER - INCORRECT ADDRESS
VigoTheCarpathian.com will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to an incorrect Shipping Address. Please carefully check your address is correct before placing your order! Pro tip: Google your own address and make sure it comes up perfectly as typed.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR POOR QUALITY
If an item is damaged or is shipped with an obvious misprint or flaw, you must send us photographic evidence of the poor-quality print or damaged area, including the packaging it arrived in. VigoTheCarpathian.com will replace any items damaged in transit or poor quality prints at no additional cost. VigoTheCarpathian.com can not be held responsible for items damaged in shipping.
WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED / MISSING ITEMS
Please order carefully, as we do not offer replacements or refunds on orders placed with incorrect sizes. If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what we ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will follow up with the relevant shipping agent(s).
REFUND TERM LIMITS
Refund and exchange claims can only be considered within 30 days of your order.
